Hello there and Welcome! My name is Janine but like you I have many different names that go with my many different hats: Wifey, Mom, Señora Jenista, Mrs. Janine, Little One, Short Stack, Nena and then there is usually “That crazy red-head” thrown in the mix.
High School Spanish teacher.
On the outside I am a short, freckle kissed, redhead with blue eyes but you would never guess that a café con leche Latina lives on the inside until something spills out in Spanish or my crazy culture blend gives you a double take. Technically, I’m a TCK or a Third Culture Kid meaning I grew up outside the country of my birth. Who I am is a blend of my birth country and the ones I grew up knowing best
What do I do? Who am I? I am a Christ follower, a wifey to my high school sweetheart husband and mother to three amazing offspring. So much to do I parent, I drive (a lot), cook, clean, teach, serve others, create, talk (I LOVE to talk) and I am part of a village. My village is a group of friends who are family that live life together.

My calling is to encourage women to live life with purpose. God’s purpose. A light filled and salty life with Him where those around us know who’s we are because of the choices we make, the way we live and how we treat others. Does your life reflect the Light of the world?
